LoanCrate is a seed stage start up company building a Loan Origination System (LOS) to improve the efficiency of taking out a loan.

Project Overview

In this project, the team aimed to analyze several user interviews to identify pain points and trends in LoanCrate's LOS, helping drive their project strategy. Our goal was to understand the LOS fit into the job of the users and find what should be changed changed/fixed/is doing well.

Milestone 1:
Understanding Users

Goal: Understanding loan approval pipeline and examine problems with existing LOS

Analyzing Interviews

Goal: Cleaning and organizing interview transcriptions provided by LoanCrate

Affinity Diagramming

Goal: Organize and derive insights from the sticky notes from the interviews

  1. Identifying trends and instances in the interviews

  2. Affinity diagramming to identify high level insights
